The locator is sleek, sized to be hidden and it works, though, the locator device could be improved. The set up may be a bit technical, however the locator does not reqire a subscription. The device recives specified codes from a binded phone/phone number to preform functions. The instructions explain how to bind the locator through text to a phone/phone number to communicate with the locator. The locator will reply with a text in a few seconds/minutes/ depending on signal or not at all to the binded phone/phone number. Clicking the response text will lead to a vehicle position marker shown on google maps, showing the position of the binded locator/vehicle the locator is attached to. The locator/vehicle position reading may be incorrect by some degrees depending on the signal. The locator has various other features which have not been tested. The app for the locator, as of today, is not working. If the device does not respond when sending/texting a code it may be due to low signal, at times resending the code will work.
